changing schools

So.... I'm living in a very desolate area in Minnesota and looking for a big change. I'm going on my second semester in Cosmo and i'm wondering how much hassle is going to be involved in changing schools if i move to ND. Any advice would be absolutely wonderful. Thanks!

That's a big life change!

That's a big life change! Congratulations! :) If you need to change schools, the first thing I recommend doing is finding cosmetology schools in North Dakota. (This link will take you right to it, or you can actually find some on the right or at the bottom of this page.) Request more information from them, and find out about their transfer process and make sure your hours will transfer.

Usually, what you have to do is get certification of your completed hours so far. So your Minnesota cosmetology school may be able to provide you with a letter stating that, or the Minnesota State Board of Cosmetology. You may have to include that along with your application to the new North Dakota cosmetology school and to the North Dakota State Board of Cosmetology.
