Yes, I am currently living in Citrus Heights, CA. I am currently attending Paul Mitchell beauty school. But, I am considering moving to Georgia or Florida once I graduate. Maybe, more so to Georgia because I feel like this is where I really want to be. I plan on getting my license here in California. And, then paying the fees and transfering it to Georgia. I think for me it has more opportunity. The cost if living is cheaper. If anyone has advice feel free to leave a comment.

Do you have family and/or friends in Georgia? Relocating can be really hard and lonely if you don't know anyone. But if you're up for the adventure, take the leap.

It'd also be good to make sure you can find a job, especially in this climate. Atlanta is a big banking center, so I think they've been hit pretty bad by the recession. In general, beauty careers should be okay, but if people are going 10 weeks instead of 8 between hair cuts, that can have an effect.

Before you move, make SURE

Before you move, make SURE your California license WILL transfer to another state!!  BTW, I grew up in Sacramento.  :)  Good luck with whatever you decide.
