Thanks so much. I read your profile. I used to be a secretary as well. I have always loved the beauty business but my dad wanted me to go to college so I did. I have been a project manager, operations manager and all of that but my passion is the beauty business. We have a lot in common. I used to own my own salon in Indiana but sold it after a divorce and now live near Atlanta. My goal is to own another one day but for now I manage one.
I aplaud you for following your dreams. Let nothing or no one stand in your way. As they say the world is your oyster and when you do something that you love, it is not work. It is not a mistake. Be blessed in your endeavors and any advice I can give you I will be happy to do so. You can avoid the mistakes I made and one day share the triumphs...and pass them on to someone else.

Thank you, It is really easy with the 1" size iron. It's like curling ribbons with scissors like when you were a child (almost) :) I don't use a curling iron anymore.
