Jessica Anawalt Johnson has more than 17 years experience in the beauty industry as an aesthetician, skin care clinic owner/operator, trainer and educator, and product developer.

In 1996 Jessica founded Anawalt Skin Care, a clinic specializing in skin care treatments, brow shaping, waxing services and European retail products.  As the founder, she worked with local prominent Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons to create a unique approach to treating the skin with an emphasis on prevention, anti-age, acne, and pre and postoperative special care. The Anawalt Skin Care concept, services and products proved so popular that within four years Jessica’s one-room operation grew into a 4,000 square foot spa in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square. During her tenure she was featured as a top skin care expert by 7X7 Magazine and named “Best Makeup Artist by San Francisco Magazine.

Ms. Anawalt Johnson is also the founder of Amphora Worldwide, Inc., the parent company to the Bombshell Wax line, a premium depilatory wax and waxing accessories line that Jessica created.  The brand was acquired by the Catherine Hinds Institute in 2008 and is used by estheticians and fine skin care establishment nationwide.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Sacramento and advanced education certificates from leading European training centers including Biodroga Cosmetics (Baden Baden, Germany), Dr. Schrammek (Essen, Germany), Dr. Temt (Vienna), Sans Soucis (Baden Baden, Germany), and Biosel (Rome).
